I’m Jasmine, a happy, creative and passionate chef who believes that food is more than just nourishment — it's a way to connect, care and celebrate life.

I was born to a beautiful Egyptian family and raised into the Italian culture. My multicultural background naturally led me to fall in love with fusion cuisine, where a wide variety of products, flavours, and diverse cultural roots translate into an enjoyable and truly nourishing experience, crafting a vibrant and soulful journey.

My deep love for traveling has been a constant thread throughout my life — a passion that has taken me across continents, inspired my cooking, and shaped my creative expression in the kitchen. Each place I visit offers new ingredients, stories, and techniques that I lovingly bring back to the table— and over time, traveling has also gently transformed the way I see and move through life itself.

Since 2014, after working in the yachting industry for over a decade, being a chef became more than just a role — it became my true calling. I design bespoke menus for private clients, villas, events, and retreats across Mallorca and Europe.
