About Me — Jasmine Eloksha, Private Chef in Mallorca

I’m Jasmine, a happy, creative and passionate chef who believes that food is more than just nourishment — it's a way to connect, care and celebrate life.


Born to an Italian mother and Egyptian father, my multicultural background naturally led me to fall in love with fusion cuisine, where flavors, traditions and ingredients come together in a vibrant and soulful experience. Since 2015, after working in the yachting industry for over a decade, being a chef became more than just a role — it became my true calling.
I design bespoke menus for private clients, villas, events and retreats across Mallorca and Europe.

My dishes are tailor-made to match any dietary needs — from gluten-free to vegan, pescatarian or low-carb — without ever compromising on flavor, presentation or quality.

My Cooking Philosophy

For me, cooking is not only a profession — it's an act of care. A mindful and colorful process to transform natural, seasonal ingredients into balanced meals that are both delicious and good for the body.

My Learning

I learned by doing — in motion, at sea, in the galleys of yachts while cooking for guests and owners from all over the world. Over the years, I also trained at the Ashburton Cookery School and participated in the Galley Gang workshop, sharpening my techniques and refining my personal style.
